Definition
Der TTSI ist ein berechneter Strukturparameter, der die thyreotrope Funktion des Hypophysenvorderlappens quantitativ beschreibt. Er wurde insbesondere als Screening-Methode für die Initialdiagnose einer Schilddrüsenhormonresistenz entwickelt.[1][2]
