The suprarenal plexus is an autonomic nerve plexus surrounding the suprarenal arteries.

The suprarenal plexus receives autonomic fibers from the coeliac plexus, which accompany the branches of the suprarenal artery into the adrenal glands. It communicates with the phrenic nerve and the greater splanchnic nerve, primarily innervating the chromaffin cells of the adrenal medulla.

The density of nerve fibres in this plexus is significant in relation to the small size of the adrenal glands.
