The muscular branches of the ophthalmic artery are vascular branches that supply the external eye muscles.

The muscular branches of the ophthalmic artery primarily supply the superior rectus, medial rectus, and inferior rectus muscles. The number and arrangement of these arteries can vary between individuals. From these muscular branches, the anterior ciliary arteries and the anterior conjunctival arteries emerge rostrally.
