Thyrostimulin is a peptide-hormone that has been found in the anterior pituitary lobe. It was first described in the year 2002 by Nakabayashi et al..

While its function is still unknown it seems to have an effect at G-Protein coupled heptahelical TSH receptors that is similar to that of thyrotropin.
